This position oversees the San Jose Family Justice Center program and AACI's anti-human trafficking program while working closely with our Health Center and community partners to create an integrated approach to supporting survivors. We're looking for an experienced DV/HT professional who understands both sides of this work: compassionate, survivor-centered advocacy and the operational leadership required to sustain strong programs. You'll lead and develop advocacy staff, oversee program operations, support crisis intervention and safety planning, manage grants and contract deliverables, monitor outcomes, strengthen community partnerships, and help ensure survivors are connected to the resources they need. Required Experience 4+ years working in gender-based/intimate partner violence and/or human trafficking2+ years of supervisory experienceState-mandated 80-hour Domestic Violence and Human Trafficking training completedDomestic Violence and Human Trafficking Advocate privilegeExperience with program operations, grants/contracts, confidential client information, and reporting Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, social justice, or a related field or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience is required.
