About the role
Goodwin and Co in Austin is seeking a community association manager for a starting salary of $60,000.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on financial strategies and other financial decisions
- Assess clients' assets, liabilities and overall financial conditions
- Vendor management through contracted services
- Assist with routine maintenance and improvements for the Association(s)
- Develop RFP and Scope of works for projects
- Aid the Board of Directors with action items and to-do lists
- Attend and conduct Board of Director meetings
Requirements
- 2-5 years’ experience managing single-family communities and condominium associations
- Ability to deliver 5-star customer service to the Board and residents
- Ability to advise and direct the Board to make necessary decisions
- Build rapport with clients
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Likely to be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Competent in navigating different application systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Naturally positive attitude and team player
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Pleasant, friendly attitude, adaptable to change
- Strong listening skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail
