Domain Delivery Lead – Digital Marketing

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Domain Delivery Lead Digital Marketing to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise MarTech and digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Salesforce, Veeva, AWS, CRM, Marketing Automation, Omnichannel Marketing, and Agile delivery, with proven experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise digital marketing and MarTech initiatives.
• Drive Agile delivery, project governance, release management, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, IT, Data, and Vendor teams to deliver scalable marketing solutions.
• Oversee MarTech platforms including Salesforce, Veeva, AWS, CRM, and Marketing Automation.
• Manage delivery risks, budgets, timelines, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Improve campaign analytics, data quality, omnichannel engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with strong Digital Marketing/MarTech delivery leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Veeva, AWS, or similar marketing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, Omnichannel Marketing, Marketing Automation, Data & Analytics.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum projects using Jira.
• Prominent expertise in stakeholder management, governance, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Life Sciences or Healthcare domain experience.
• Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI use cases in Digital Marketing.
