Responsibilities
- Lead regular communications and interface with the customer regarding project status and issues, including periodic executive readouts.
- Coordinate with the C&E Project management team to track the status of C&E-managed project work.
- Coordinate with the Telemetry team for ordering and deployment of Telemetry for each hut telemetry design and implementation.
- Coordinate installation of incremental GRE/CRE-provided hut elements (e.g., Building Management System) with the GRE Project Manager.
- Ensure a maintenance contract or approach is in place for all hut components, including SES door/fence locks.
- Participate in ordering and deployment of the SES portal system and ILA Hut as needed.
- Ensure each fiber run and hut is entered into the appropriate inventory system and/or NOC system for incident ticket population.
- Perform incremental security administration in the SES system for each hut turn-up.
- Track deployment schedules according to committed delivery dates, considering potential penalty payments and contractual risks.
- Coordinate formal "Test and Turn-Up" with the customer for each route and hut into production operational status, including handover to NOC monitoring, Service Management, and Incident Management teams.
- Coordinate with the Product management team to trigger billing (IRU, Build charges, and O&M charges for routes/huts).
- Maintain product security and handle regular/escalated email and chat correspondence.
- Manage outbound/inbound regular and escalated transactions (cases and calls).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience. If a Master's degree has been completed, a minimum of 5 years of related experience is required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to comply with work/break schedules set by the Work Force group to meet service levels.
- Ability to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
- Work authorization in the U.S. that does not require employer sponsorship for a visa (H1B or otherwise).
