Dog Bather

Love dogs? Get paid to spend your day with them. Hot Diggity Dog Resort is hiring a full-time Dog Bather to join our team in Escondido. If you're reliable, hardworking, and light up around dogs, we want to hear from you. Bathing experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person — what matters most is a great attitude and a genuine love for animals. Would love someone who wants to become (or is) a Dog Groomer.

Responsibilities

• Bathe, dry, and brush dogs of all sizes and breeds
• Trim nails, clean ears, and handle basic grooming prep
• Keep the bathing area clean, safe, and well-stocked
• Handle dogs calmly and confidently — including the wiggly, the nervous, and the just-rolled-in-something types
• Work alongside our care team to make sure every dog has a great day

Requirements

• Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts
• Dependable, on time, and a team player
• Prior bathing or grooming experience preferred — not required, we'll train
• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
