DoD SkillBridge Internship: Assistant Superintendent

This opportunity is exclusive to U.S. military members currently serving on active duty and eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge Program. This is not a civilian or student internship.

About the role

The Assistant Superintendent supports daily field operations and works alongside the Superintendent to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules on complex construction projects.

This is an unpaid internship through the Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge Program. The intern selected for this role will not receive compensation or benefits from JRM Construction Management and will not be an employee, agent, or contractor of JRM Construction Management but rather will remain an employee of the DoD and will receive compensation and benefits through the DoD.

Responsibilities

• Assist with trade coordination
• Material tracking
• Site logistics
• Safety compliance
• Support overall site operations as needed

Requirements

• Demonstrate interest in construction management or the construction industry
• Have served at least 18
