About the Role

We are seeking a Documentation Specialist to support the Corporate Trust Account Openings team within a leading financial services organization. This role will coordinate, compile, review, and process the documentation required to open new accounts, working closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This is a 12-month contract position located in Pittsburgh, PA, with a hybrid work schedule (4 days on site).

Responsibilities

  • Support the account-opening process for Corporate Trust accounts, ensuring all required information and documentation is compiled and processed accurately.
  • Compile and organize required account-opening documentation, forms, and supporting materials based on the requirements of each account.
  • Review account-opening documentation for accuracy and completeness, identifying missing information, discrepancies, or documentation requiring correction.
  • Review information provided in account-opening documentation and accurately enter the required information into internal systems.
  • Ensure account information is accurately captured and maintained within the appropriate systems following established processes and procedures.
  • Prepare and send completed documentation and account information to the internal coding team for account setup and processing.
  • Track and incorporate requested changes or corrections to documentation and account information, ensuring materials are accurate before submission.
  • Manage multiple account-opening requests at various stages of completion, prioritizing work and maintaining accurate records of outstanding items and deadlines.
  • Monitor account-opening requests throughout the process, including documentation received, items requiring review or correction, and requests sent to the internal coding team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to obtain required information, resolve documentation issues, and keep account-opening requests moving forward.
  • Perform detailed reviews of documentation and system-entered information to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to submission.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple account-opening requests simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience reviewing detailed documentation and identifying discrepancies or missing information.
  • Strong data entry and information-processing skills.
  • Ability to accurately transfer information from documentation into internal systems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to learn and work within internal systems, processes, and procedures.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting account openings or account setup.
  • Previous experience in financial services, banking, Corporate Trust, or operations.
  • Experience compiling, reviewing, and managing detailed documentation.
  • Experience reviewing documents for accuracy, completeness, and discrepancies.
  • Experience with data entry or entering information into internal systems.
  • Experience coordinating work between multiple internal teams.
  • Experience working with operations, processing, coding, or downstream teams.
  • Experience creating or maintaining document templates and standardized processes.
  • Previous administrative or documentation-focused experience.
  • Experience managing multiple requests or workflows simultaneously.

Pay

Pay Rate Range: $24.72 - $30.90 USD hourly.

Schedule

Hybrid work schedule (4 days on site in Pittsburgh, PA).
