Documentation Specialist

About the role

An immediate, on-site consulting engagement with a rapidly growing real estate corporation. You will partner closely with the finance leadership team to map out, standardize, and formally document core operational accounting processes across the department.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured discovery interviews with operational accounting staff to evaluate daily workflows, roles, and process handoffs.
• Design and draft comprehensive, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the operational accounting function.

Requirements

• Proven track record of interviewing stakeholders and translating complex accounting workflows into clean SOPs.
• Demonstrated expertise in step-by-step process mapping and desktop procedure creation within corporate finance.
• Prior experience in the Real Estate sector is preferred.

Pay

$60–$80 an hour.
