About the role

The Documentation Specialist at Beth's Beautiful Destinations improves workflow control while supporting leisure bookings, resorts, cruises, parks, flights, hotels, groups, weddings, and traveler support. The role focuses on surfacing incomplete information before it leads to downstream rework, ensuring documentation specialized execution within leisure booking support.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Documentation Specialist workflow by tracking unresolved exceptions through closure.
  • Review and document process issues that repeatedly slow execution.
  • Maintain workflow organization by assigning owners and statuses to recurring tasks.
  • Track incoming requests for completeness and route work to the correct next step.
  • Ensure workflow control remains accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next teammate.

Qualifications

  • Confidently use Workflow Analysis and Cruise and Resort Operations in documentation execution.
  • Apply Status Tracking to manage exceptions, owners, and deadlines without oversight.
  • Document decisions clearly so teammates can follow the reasoning behind workflow actions.
  • Exercise sound judgment in Vacation Client Service, escalating issues when necessary instead of making assumptions.

Quality Standard

The role ensures dependable workflow control through clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes. Success is measured by the accuracy and effectiveness of documentation specialized execution within leisure booking support.

Pay

Base salary: $38,000–$52,000 per year.
