Responsibilities

  • Review the Documentation Specialist workflow to help the team keep recurring work organized by owner and status.
  • Maintain the workflow by checking incoming requests for completeness.
  • Track the workflow by routing work to the correct next step.
  • Own the workflow by tracking unresolved exceptions through closure.
  • Coordinate the workflow by documenting process issues that repeatedly slow execution.

Pay

Base salary: $38,000–$52,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
