Responsibilities
- Facilitate improvement of medical/surgical or pediatric charts through education and collaboration with physicians, residents, and clinicians.
- Support accurate clinical documentation, medical coding, and proper reimbursement for the hospital.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Background as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Physician Assistant, or trained Physician.
- 5 years of recent hospital experience and/or verifiable Documentation Improvement experience.
Ideal Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with 2 years of Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) experience.

Pay
Salary Range: $101,000–$151,000/Annual.
Location & Schedule
- Location: New York, New York.
- Shift: Day (United States of America).
- Hybrid role requiring on-site presence; employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
