RemoteRemoteAdministrative$41k–$62k/yrFull-time

This role operates within the Travel Group Luxembourg network, supporting multiple leisure-travel agency brands and a large agency network across Luxembourg and the Greater Region. The Documentation Coordinator ensures operational control through meticulous documentation, coordination, and status tracking tailored to this specific environment.

About the Role

The Documentation Coordinator maintains clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while executing documentation-focused coordination. All actions must leave a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the operational context of the Travel Group Luxembourg network.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate documentation-focused tasks with business support, ensuring traceability and ownership.
  • Review and track role documentation with status updates, maintaining visibility of source, owner, and next steps.
  • Manage document workflows with deadline adherence, ensuring coordination-owned progress.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting to support operational control.
  • Reconcile quality control through source verification, surfacing errors before they cause downstream rework.

Key Standards and Practices

  • Operational Control: Ensure documentation remains usable under the demands of the Travel Group Luxembourg network, with traceable completed work and clear ownership of unresolved items.
  • Workflow Context: Apply Travel Group Luxembourg’s operational coordination confidently, adhering to documentation-focused, coordination-owned processes.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain evidence and deadlines without compromise in documentation workflows.
  • Process Compliance: Document decisions and escalate issues with clear reasoning, ensuring compliance within the network’s context.
  • Follow-Up Judgment: Exercise discretion in follow-ups, especially when documentation depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.

The role-specific handoff test requires current signals for process compliance, source verification, and workflow management; if these are not met, the work remains open.

This is a full-time, associate-level role. It is 100% remote within the United States.
