Documentation Coordinator
Community Bridges is a non-profit agency founded in 1982 with a mission to advance the integration, growth, and interdependence of people with developmental disabilities within their own communities. Building on the strengths of over 1,100 individuals in the greater Capital Area and their families, we work to identify barriers of access to find creative solutions to develop meaningful community engagement.
About the role
This position provides administrative support to the Service Coordination Department and to the agency as a whole. The Service Coordinator of Self-Directed Services may be called upon for additional administrative tasks as needed from time to time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates the life cycle of monthly electronic documentation for the Individual and Family Support department including downloading, tracking, sorting, submitting to Case Managers/Service Coordinators and to our Records Management system for electronic filing.
- Runs various monthly reports for the Service Coordination department.
- Other duties as assigned by Senior Office Administrator.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
- Bilingual (Spanish) experience a plus.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Must be able to self-manage work tasks; some periods of higher workload and stress.
- Will periodically have short deadlines to complete tasks.
- Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Must be able to bend, reach, and lift up to 10 pounds.
No travel required for this position.

Community Bridges supports individuals across multiple locations, including the main headquarters in Concord, NH, and the following areas: Allenstown, Andover, Boscawen, Bow, Bradford, Canterbury, Chichester, Danbury, Deering, Dunbarton, Epsom, Franklin, Henniker, Hill, Hillsborough, Hopkinton, Loudon, Newbury, New London, Northfield, Pembroke, Pittsfield, Salisbury, Sutton, Warner, Weare, Webster, and Wilmot.
Pay
$1,000 sign-on bonus: $500 paid at hire and $500 paid after 6 months in the role (new hires only; re-hires and transfers are not eligible).
