Responsibilities
- Reconcile documentation with business support, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within Philippine travel/DMC operations.
- Coordinate Shroff Travel role documentation with status tracking, maintaining traceability and ownership.
- Review workflow and deadline management, ensuring documentation remains current and actionable.
- Document processes and generate reports, adhering to a documentation-focused, coordination-owned work profile.
- Maintain quality control through source verification, preventing downstream rework in the operational context.
