Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute document creation, revision, processing, and ownership activities for site documentation, including SOPs and System Specifications.
- Review local documents to ensure clear and reader-friendly language.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the site.
- Support document standardization initiatives and process improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Support project completion while meeting timelines and metrics.
- Participate in systematic problem-solving activities related to document processes and compliance.
- Process documents using Novo Nordisk document management tools.
- Follow all safety and environmental requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Experience supporting site buildout and construction turnover documentation.
- Proficiency in Procore, Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Knowledge of GMP documentation practices preferred.
- Knowledge of construction and engineering turnover packages preferred.
- Familiarity with LEAN methodologies preferred.
- Experience planning and managing complex cross-functional projects preferred.
- Change management experience preferred.
Education & Experience
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of three years of experience in documentation, technical writing, or document processing required.
- Experience in engineering, life sciences, or related industries preferred.
- Experience supporting Capital Expansion projects preferred.
- Ability to work in an open office or jobsite trailer environment.
- Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
