Duties & Responsibilities

  • Execute document creation, revision, processing, and ownership activities for site documentation, including SOPs and System Specifications.
  • Review local documents to ensure clear and reader-friendly language.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the site.
  • Support document standardization initiatives and process improvement projects.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Support project completion while meeting timelines and metrics.
  • Participate in systematic problem-solving activities related to document processes and compliance.
  • Process documents using Novo Nordisk document management tools.
  • Follow all safety and environmental requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Experience supporting site buildout and construction turnover documentation.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Knowledge of GMP documentation practices preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction and engineering turnover packages preferred.
  • Familiarity with LEAN methodologies preferred.
  • Experience planning and managing complex cross-functional projects preferred.
  • Change management experience preferred.

Education & Experience

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in documentation, technical writing, or document processing required.
  • Experience in engineering, life sciences, or related industries preferred.
  • Experience supporting Capital Expansion projects preferred.
  • Ability to work in an open office or jobsite trailer environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
