Documentation Specialist II
Responsibilities
- Gather, organise and distribute existing information to support document creation and verification activities.
- Receive new and updated documentation and ensure accurate submission into the appropriate data repositories.
- Maintain control of facility information so that documentation remains current, accessible and properly managed.
- Create and maintain an evergreen master facility and status list to provide a reliable source of programme tracking information.
- Generate status and progress reporting from the master list, including completion insights and programme updates.
- Manage document and data flow across the foundations team and support effective coordination between stakeholders.
- Support the development and maintenance of key deliverables, templates and tracking tools related to document management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in information management, document control or documentation coordination within a technical or facility-based environment.
- Strong ability to manage documentation accuracy, version control and structured information flow across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience creating and maintaining master tracking registers, status sheets or deliverable lists.
- Ability to produce clear status reporting and monitor programme progress through well-maintained documentation records.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple documentation priorities effectively.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
