About the role
The Document Specialist I - Storage is responsible for managing both short-term and long-term document storage, ensuring all documents are organized, securely stored, and easily retrievable. This role involves maintaining the integrity of both pre-requisite (short-term) and title vault (long-term) documentation, as well as providing administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the short-term and long-term storage of physical Licensing documents
- Organize, barcode, and pull documents from storage
- Aids and supports team members (e.g., Document Specialist I – Processing) depending on capacity and development goals
- Time Management: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant Holman technologies leveraged by the Licensing and Compliance Department
- Attention to Detail: Strong communication skills
- Notary (Optional/Not Required): Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- A degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
- Process a high volume of data entry and/or mailing of documents
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in case management, administrative support, or customer service is a plus
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
- 2-4 years’ experience in case management, administrative support, or customer service related fields
- Proficiency in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department
- Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping software may be required
- Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security
Qualifications

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $24.65 - $35.13 USD per hour.
