Responsibilities

  • Enter variety of data using current technology
  • Prepare and organize Search Report documents
  • Invoice clients using QuickBooks
  • Review discrepancies in data received
  • Advise supervisor of issues related to data
  • Onsite office duty and receive regular mail and notifications
  • Clerical and administrative functions as required

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
  • Familiar with MS Office products and Adobe PDF, or similar
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Able to work in fast-paced environments
  • Self-driven to avoid mistakes

Pay

$37,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year

About the Role

Joining as a Document Report Specialist is a great place to start and learn about legal documents and processes. You will be responsible for accurate search report preparation, file maintenance, record keeping and administrative support.
