Document Procurement Specialist
Job Description
Manage Start-to-Finish case projects and provide ongoing communication to clients & client' family members. Conduct research for customer’s required documentation (U.S, vital records & Naturalization records) through available online databases and government sources. Procure U.S. and Italian Vital Records (including birth/marriage/death/divorce papers, international Apostilles, and Naturalization documents).
Required Skills
- Experience with administrative work and order processing, including communicating with government agencies, lawyers, and clients.
- Experience in family law, insurance case management, mortagage processing or similar is a plus.
- Must be able to multitask, be detail-oriented, focused, and have strong organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point), Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and writing) in English.
- Fluency in reading, writing and speaking Italian is a plus (but the position should not be viewed as a way for a candidate to learn or improve the language).
Salary
Base Salary of $18.00 - $20.00 /hour (based on experience and tenure)
Working hours
8:30AM to 4:30PM ET (Monday to Friday) with some flexibility allowed.
Location
Work performed remotely from your Home Office - Periodic Meetings in New Hope, Pennsylvania, if the candidate is within driving distance.
Start Date
Immediately.
