About the role
The Document Controller is responsible for overseeing the organization and management of all documents within the company. This includes ensuring that all documents are properly filed, stored, and retrieved as needed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization and management of all company documents.
- Ensure all documents are properly filed, stored, and retrieved.
- Manage document retrieval requests from internal departments.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure document security and compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in document management or similar role.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Experience with document management software such as SharePoint or similar systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality policies.
Skills
- Document management software proficiency (SharePoint, etc.)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
