Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial operations including Financial statement preparation, analysis, monthly & quarterly reporting, and month end GL Close.
- Prepare annual budget and periodic forecasting, key metrics, and variance analysis.
- Work closely as liaison with external audit firm.
- Strong general ledger month end close for multiple entities.
- Prepare cash flow analysis, P&L forecasts & budgeting.
- Set and comply with US GAAP, internal controls, and policies & procedures.
- Supervise department general accounting department including GL Staff, accounts receivable (AR) & accounts payable (AP).
- Manage all banking and treasury functions.
Requirements
- CPA license is highly preferred
- Minimum 10+ years related work experience.
- Ideally have public accounting experience in audit, internal controls environment, strong GAAP knowledge, and experience in financial statement preparation.
- Excellent communication and ability to deliver results presentations.
The salary for this position is commensurate with experience but is in the range of $110,000 to $135,000 base, plus bonus and strong benefits.
