Document Control Specialist I
Job Summary
The Document Control Specialist position is held by a dynamic, highly-motivated and organized individual with superior attention to detail. The candidate best suited for the position will have excellent communication, attention to detail, punctuality, and organization. Someone who is self-motivated, goal oriented, positive and has a great attitude. A clean driving record and current driver’s license is required.
Key Responsibilities
- File documents
- Scan large quantities of paperwork
- Receive, open and sort mail
- Data entry
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with concentration
- Must be able to thrive in a fast paced and demanding work environment
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience as a Document Control Specialist, Audit support or related field
- Automotive Industry knowledge is a plus
- Must be creative and able to offer suggestions in how to achieve desired results
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Must be a team player, self-motivated, and career oriented, with a desire to contribute to the growth of the company
- Maintain an awareness of business-related trends in the industry
- Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever changing business needs
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Compensation
The hourly rate range for this position is: $19 - $22. The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills. Applicants may be required to submit to a drug screen as a condition to employment after a job offer is made as allowed by state law. Applicants will be notified of this requirement when their application is submitted.
