What's the Job?

Ensure labeling compliance with quality management system (QMS), regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures. Support ongoing updates related to hazard communication, regulatory compliance projects, and other specialized initiatives. Initiate change orders for new and revised labels using electronic documentation management systems. Identify issues with label template design to promote standardization and process optimization. Utilize multiple systems to gather data supporting change orders, updating bill of materials, batch records, and labels.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, summaries, relationships)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting and process improvement

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a results-oriented approach
