About the role
Join Xerox as a DocuCare Associate II and become an integral part of our Service Delivery team, supporting one or more customer locations to deliver exceptional managed print services.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on customer print devices to maximize equipment performance and reliability.
- Replenish consumables, maintain onsite parts inventory, and document service activities accurately.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and repairs, escalating technical issues in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized devices and work areas while ensuring customer service level agreements are achieved.
- Support knowledge sharing, continuous improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or relevant work experience is beneficial.
- Experience supporting office equipment, managed print services, field service, or a related technical service environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to follow established procedures.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain accurate service documentation.
Qualifications
