Doctrine Literature Reviewer

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Doctrine Literature Reviewer to support the Combined Arms Doctrine Directorate (CADD) in the review, analysis, and integration of U.S. Army doctrinal publications.

Responsibilities

• Review doctrinal drafts for consistency with Army capstone and keystone doctrine
• Analyze doctrinal terminology and operational concepts
• Develop and submit comments through established Government systems
• Maintain Comment Resolution Matrices (CRMs) and review records
• Cookordination with doctrine authors and terminology personnel
• Support doctrinal integration and quality control efforts

Required Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance
• Minimum 10 years of military experience
• Strong working knowledge of Army and Joint doctrine
• Experience reviewing or developing doctrinal publications
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products

Preferred Qualifications

• Former Army officer or senior NCO with doctrine development experience
• Experience supporting TRADOC or CAC organizations
• Familiarity with FM 1-02.1 and Army doctrinal terminology systems
