It requires research, structured analysis, collaboration, and disciplined processes to deliver authoritative guidance to the joint force. We’re looking for someone to help assess, develop, and maintain mission-critical joint doctrine publications and tools used across the Joint Force’s doctrine, education, terminology, and training communities.

Through your operational experience, communication skills, and analytical abilities, you ensure doctrine remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with joint force needs.

You will support the Joint Doctrine Program by conducting analytical reviews, coordinating working groups, preparing publication drafts, updating Universal Joint Task List content, and sustaining key doctrine systems. Your work will directly contribute to doctrine products that shape readiness, operations, and education for the joint warfighter.
