Doctor Veterinary Medicine, Field Trainer

For our client, we are seeking a Doctor Veterinary Medicine, Field Trainer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role focuses on elevating clinical performance across multiple locations through hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship. The selected professional will help associate veterinarians strengthen surgical technique, diagnostic reasoning, and general practice confidence. In partnership with learning and development stakeholders, this person will identify development needs and support measurable growth in clinical capability. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Provide hands-on coaching in soft tissue surgery, focusing on efficiency and technique Guide associates through general practice case workups and diagnostics Partner with Learning & Development to track progress and identify skill gaps Support measurable improvement in clinical and surgical competencies Travel regularly between assigned locations to provide on-site support and coaching Qualifications Active Arizona veterinary license in good standing; willingness to obtain licenses in IL and MI as needed Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience in general practice Strong proficiency in soft tissue surgery and dentistry Confidence in general practice and internal medicine case management Demonstrated ability or strong interest in teaching, mentoring, and coaching others Benefits Full-time, field-based role with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexibility Opportunity to work in a collaborative environment across multiple hospitals Focus on mentorship and professional development in veterinary medicine Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
