Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet patients and customers upon entry, identifying their needs to enhance the experience.
- Answer inquiries and gather necessary information to facilitate sales.
- Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, enter new patient history, and complete pre-test procedures.
- Assist the management team with patient complaint resolution and update statuses.
- Ensure brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties as needed.
- Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, and edge stock lenses.
- Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area and report any issues to management.
- Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients and ensure 100% compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned and required.
Key Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
- Effective communication skills, including active listening, building rapport, and empathizing with patients.
- Proactive problem-solving skills to address potential concerns or rebuttals.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to build respectful and cordial relationships with team members and patients.
- Drive for results and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible in a team environment.
- A passion for customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive demeanor.
