Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of docks, walkways, and marina grounds
- Auxiliary in towing boats from docks to the forklift for removal from the water
- Support guests as they arrive at the docks by helping guide and secure boats
- Aid the dry stack team with routine maintenance and construction of dock boxes
- Remove trash and debris from docks, slips, and common areas
- Keep the parking lot clean, organized, and free of litter
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed
- Help ensure docks and surrounding areas remain safe and orderly
- Support marina staff with general tasks and daily operations
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Available to work Monday to Friday
- Must be able to swim
