Groundskeeper

About the role

The Grounds Keeper is responsible for maintaining the landscape and exterior appearance of the property.

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, weed, and keep grounds clean and debris-free.
• Perform snow removal as needed.
• Organize and complete tasks promptly.
• Show initiative, take ownership, and assist guests.
• Accept and act on feedback and coaching from supervisors.

Qualifications

• Follow preventative maintenance schedules.
• Operate various hand and power tools.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting: 3%
• Standing & Walking: 70%
• Lifting: 10% (50lbs. overhead, arm’s length, up to 20lbs.)
• Bending & Stretching: 20%
• Pulling & Pushing: 20%
• Climbing & Reaching: 20%

Additional Requirements

• Adhere to all risk/safety policies.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain all required certifications.
• Complete required company training.
• Work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment.
• Be available to work various hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
