Lancaster's Custom Dock & Lift Systems, Inc. is hiring Skilled Carpenters to join our premier team in Troutman, North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to work on luxury dock and lift systems in a hands-on, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform rough and finish carpentry work, including framing, stairs, decking, roofing, tile installation, and handrailing
  • Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
  • Install doors, frames, hardware, and miscellaneous trim
  • Frame docks and elevated decks with precision
  • Assist with crane signals and rigging as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Follow all safety protocols and communicate effectively with team members
  • Work outdoors in a range of seasonal and weather conditions
  • Travel to job sites within a 50-mile radius of Troutman, NC

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of carpentry or construction experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to safely operate a boat is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with heights and working over water
  • A General Contractor's license is a plus, but not required

Pay

$25-$32 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday through Friday, some Saturday work, with potential for overtime based on project needs and weather
