Dock Builder
Lancaster's Custom Dock & Lift Systems, Inc. is hiring Skilled Carpenters to join our premier team in Troutman, North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to work on luxury dock and lift systems in a hands-on, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform rough and finish carpentry work, including framing, stairs, decking, roofing, tile installation, and handrailing
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Install doors, frames, hardware, and miscellaneous trim
- Frame docks and elevated decks with precision
- Assist with crane signals and rigging as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all safety protocols and communicate effectively with team members
- Work outdoors in a range of seasonal and weather conditions
- Travel to job sites within a 50-mile radius of Troutman, NC
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of carpentry or construction experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to safely operate a boat is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Comfortable with heights and working over water
- A General Contractor's license is a plus, but not required

Pay
$25-$32 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday, some Saturday work
- Potential for overtime based on project needs and weather
