Responsibilities

• Adapt and take on all responsibilities of the DON/DNS role

Requirements

• Must have a valid PA RN license
• Experience as a Unit Manager in a long term care facility
• Previous experience as a DNS/DON Director of Nursing or ADON Assistant Director of Nursing
