DNP Agile Technical Coach
Responsibilities
- Act as a change agent to influence and coach teams towards agile maturity and psychological safety.
- Collaborate with program coaches to support teams in adopting agile methodologies and practices.
- Develop and implement strategies for agile adoption and scaling across the organization.
- Provide training and mentorship to colleagues on agile principles and methodologies.
- Facilitate positive change by advising on technical direction and agile practices.
- Promote a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and quality assurance at all levels.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer technology, or equivalent experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in coaching and leading agile transformations.
- Strong background in software development and agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication skills for leading team meetings and facilitating sessions.
- Proficiency in agile tools such as JIRA and a growth mindset for learning new concepts.
Preferred Skills
- Agile Coaching certification such as Certified Team Coach or Agile Certified Professional.
- Experience with DevOps principles and agile development techniques like TDD and BDD.
- Familiarity with pair programming and agile testing practices.
Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
