About the role
As a DMV Operations Assistant, you will be a member of the title & registration team.
Responsibilities
- 50 state DMV knowledge related to title and registration processing adhering to multi-state compliance
- Understanding and following all work rules and procedures and following lawful directions from Supervisors
- Maintaining and influencing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Upholding the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Experience with DMV operations within the automotive industry
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer software
- Effective communication skills via any means with individuals of any level internally and externally
- Outstanding customer service skills

- Ability to efficiently work from a home office environment
- Knowledge of automobile terminology and purchase and sale documentation

Physical Requirements
General office (including home office) environment requiring ability to:
- Sit for extended periods of time
- Clearly speak and listen to others in person, via computerized virtual meetings and over the phone
- Type using a keyboard and read from computer screen and reports
Pay
The base pay range for this position is $40,000 - $78,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
