DMV and Loan Servicing Administrator

We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional to join our Consumer Lending team as a DMV & Loan Servicing Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Processing vehicle titles, DMV documentation, lien perfection, and lien releases
• Managing loan and lease payoffs and servicing requests
• Researching and maintaining loan and lease accounts
• Responding to inquiries from members, dealerships, attorneys, branches, and business partners
• Making sure title documentation is correct and resolving any outstanding issues
• Preparing reports and performing quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Identifying ways to improve processes and enhance member service

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of experience working in a financial institution
• Consumer lending or loan servicing experience preferred
• Knowledge of vehicle titles, DMV processes, indirect lending, or lease servicing preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Skills

• Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel)
• Willingness to learn new systems, including loan servicing, core banking, and title tracking platforms

In office 100% for first 90 days, then hybrid work available with 2 - 3 days per week in office
