About the Role
As part of the DMG team, you will use established resources to gather data to complete missing member, group, and claim information. This information aids in the recovery process by providing our clients detailed, accurate reporting.
Responsibilities
- Access multiple systems to gather key data including partial information for a member, group, claim, or any other documents as needed.
- Accurately resolve or reprocess claims to correct setup and/or system errors identified.
- Work assigned reports to monitor and/or correct claims for processing by the assigned deadline.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience in health insurance, legal, property and casualty, or related fields is preferred.
- Word and Excel proficiency is required.
- Ability to navigate multiple electronic healthcare systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail for accuracy of reporting.
- Ability to prioritize work and perform under time constraints with minimal direct supervision.

Pay
$23.00 per hour. This is a non-exempt position.
