Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist, guest services, or customer service role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling systems
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Knowledge of UCBC physicians, service lines, and company structure (or willingness to learn)
- Experience in healthcare or hospitality is a plus
