Mission & Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Division President and company leadership to align Divisional sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Lead, coach, and develop high performing teams fostering a culture of service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Drive new business development across division by setting ambitious goals, supporting prospecting efforts, and identifying strategic opportunities for growth.
Monitor and analyze Divisional sales performance; provide actionable feedback, set clear expectations, and celebrate wins.
Support customer relationships by engaging with key accounts, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring the highest standard of service.
Champion SRM Concrete’s values in every interaction—modeling integrity, professionalism, and a “We Say Yes” mentality.
Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, Billing, and Quality Control to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Recruitment & Onboarding

Recruit, onboard, and train new Sales Managers and Sales Representatives, ensuring they are equipped for success.
Represent SRM Concrete at industry events, networking opportunities, and within the local community.
