Divisional Onsite Delivery Manager

Job Description

Oversee daily onsite operations and support employee performance at the client location.
Maintain strong business relationships and serve as a key point of contact for clients.
Assist with team scheduling, attendance tracking, and coverage planning.
Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development of onsite team members.
Review operational data and reports to identify trends and improve efficiency.

Position Requirements

• Proficient in various computer software, with strong skills in MS Word and Excel.
• Capable of efficiently resolving problems and finding solutions.
• Able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and achieve objectives without supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including business correspondence and email communication.
• Prior proven ability to build strong relationships with employees and clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
