Job Responsibilities
- Onboard new Preferred Partners by preparing contracts and guiding them through each step
- Train partners on our processes and tools, including the Weekley Partner Hub
- Keep contract documents organized, updated, and routed to the right teams
- Collect required waiver/lien releases
- Research and resolve variance issues with accuracy and urgency
- Aid partners with payment questions and job reassignments
- Create extra orders, back-charges, and returns as needed
- Place and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
- Provide information to support rebate submissions for our National Strategic Sourcing Team
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Track starts, communicate updates, and help manage changes throughout the process
Qualifications
- Prior experience in purchasing, construction operations, vendor coordination, or a related administrative role is preferred
- Proven organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
- Professional communication skills with experience collaborating across teams
