Job Responsibilities

  • Onboard new Preferred Partners by preparing contracts and guiding them through each step
  • Train partners on our processes and tools, including the Weekley Partner Hub
  • Keep contract documents organized, updated, and routed to the right teams
  • Collect required waiver/lien releases
  • Research and resolve variance issues with accuracy and urgency
  • Aid partners with payment questions and job reassignments
  • Create extra orders, back-charges, and returns as needed
  • Place and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide information to support rebate submissions for our National Strategic Sourcing Team
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Track starts, communicate updates, and help manage changes throughout the process

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in purchasing, construction operations, vendor coordination, or a related administrative role is preferred
  • Proven organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
  • Professional communication skills with experience collaborating across teams
