About the role
The Division Process Owner (DPO) role is within the Operations department at Molex - MPS division. This role involves leading and optimizing blueprinted processes from work order creation through closing units into finished goods. It is part of the MPS Division Operations Excellence Team and offers the opportunity to significantly impact the Operations business process.
Responsibilities
- Own and govern global end-to-end (E2E) operational processes to ensure standardization and alignment.
- Ensure adherence to data standards, compliance, and controls.
- Drive adoption of standard processes through global engagement, education, and capability building.
- Own business requirements for SAP, MII, and digital tools. Ensure systems support the intended process design.
- Partner with IT and digital teams on enhancements, deployments, and issue resolution, including driving adoption of new system capabilities across plants.
- Promote and enable data-driven operations by leveraging existing tools and delivering digital solutions and pilots.
- Manage the Operations digital pipeline, including prioritization, governance, and execution of initiatives.
- Lead and sustain the Operations Community of Practice and network of Process Champions.
- Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities through structured problem solving.
- Provide insight and business inputs to future global data/digital solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, operations, or continuous improvement roles.
- Deep understanding of operational workflows.
- Proven experience as a business leader, balancing strategic direction and tactical execution.
- Proven ability to lead and influence.
- English proficiency, with the ability to read, communicate technical topics, and engage in fluent conversations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in operational application of business process management.
- Understanding of SAP and MII as well as other operational digital solutions.
- Experience implementing operational excellence systems and driving cultural transformation.
- Strong alignment with a culture of continuous improvement, leadership, and operational discipline.
