Sentry Management, Inc., a leader in the Community Association Management Industry, has an immediate opening for a Division President (DP) for our Boulder Colorado market. The Division President directs and reviews the actions of the division employees to ensure that the division is meeting their client service level commitments and overall financial goals. The DP manages the communication and facilitates intradepartmental cooperation with the Home Office departments, as required to service the needs of the division and the clients. The Division President must reside or plan to reside in the Boulder/Denver geographical market. Leadership Responsibilities Provides leadership and assistance to the division employees, including technical direction and work-related advice, with an emphasis on customer service, client retention, and growthMeets with employees individually, and on a regular basis, to disseminate information and follow-up on outstanding issuesImplement and maintain personnel policies in accordance with corporate manual and guidelinesRecruit, select, train and manage the performance of division employeesSupport division with initiatives and general operationsGain and maintain a complete understanding of all resources available from Sentry DIVISIONAL OVERSIGHT Set the strategic direction of the division and monitor progress and growthResponsible for the achievement of annual sales and contribution goals as well as achieving the established ratio level of income to expensesHelp to analyze the local market and competition to identify external threats and opportunities and adapt to strategies for changing conditionsStrategize with SVPs and Sales personnel on large client proposalsMaintain an understanding of Sentry’s contractual obligations to its clientsReview monthly summary reports to identify and improve upon trendsEnsure that accounting and administration staff are following policies and proceduresAssist with clients requests as needed BOARD ISSUES & RESOLUTION/ CLIENT RELATIONS & RETENTION Adhere to our Language of Service with all interactionsReview issues and look for solutions to obstacles or gaps in serviceRespond promptly to employee or client needs and step in to assist with difficult situationsSolicit employee and customer feedback to improve serviceClosely monitor client transitions and provide support Requirements Bachelors Degree or Equivalent preferredPrevious financial responsibility and oversight of multi-business unit operations preferredPreferred CAM license and experience (licensed in states that require)Licensed to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record Benefits Medical, Dental, VisionLife & AD&DShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityPaid Vacation, Holidays, and Personal/Sick time401(k) Sentry Management, Inc. is a Equal Opportunity Employer
