Division Manager - Southern High Plains Division
About the role
Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team. This individual will oversee all aspects of divisional operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Directs all aspects of division daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Responsible for performance management process for the entire division
- Plans and develops procedures to ensure adherence to Nutrien policy and expectations
- Budget process and allocation for division
- Negotiates contracts with vendor(s)
- Led by example and enforces SH&E standards
- Develops acquisition and expansion strategies
- Extensive travel by vehicle required
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Ag Economics or related business/technical degree required
- 5+ years of experience in agriculture industry
- 3+ years management including cost control, talent development, and value-add sales
- Understanding of relative Federal and State regulations
- Experience with financial statements with previous full P/L responsibility preferred
- Strong knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the agriculture industry, as well as the application of agricultural chemicals and fertilizers
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, motivate and retain employees
- Working knowledge of computers and various software packages used in business applications
Qualifications
While a Master’s degree is not strictly required, it is preferred. Additionally, candidates should have a strong understanding of the agriculture industry and its regulatory landscape.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Nutrien is committed to fair compensation and provides transparency in our pay structures.
Schedule
This role requires extensive travel by vehicle, typically 70% of the time. The remaining 30% of the time is expected to be spent at office locations.
