MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change. Position Summary The Division Manager will plan and oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. Position Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure smooth operation. Review reports from managers and team members to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Establish communication with managers in other departments to coordinate efforts and solve problems as needed. Provide support to employees in the form of coaching, counseling, or other methods of employee development. Working with Human Resources to manage staffing needs, to include hiring, terminations, and the training of new employees. Conducting performance evaluations to assess employee performance. Developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Monitoring financial performance to ensure goals are being met. Establish and enforce organizational policies regarding employee conduct and ethics to promote a productive workplace environment. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in business management, Business Administration, or related field.Required: High School diploma or GEDRequired: Five years of related experience. Preferred: Certification through the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM). Physical Demands Must be able to sit at a desk and/or computer for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
