Responsibilities

• Manage the entire operation to include: human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling and collections.
• Grow your career in many directions: Regional Manager/Leader and beyond.
• Lead teams to deliver results through low costs and high efficiency while working safely.
• Full P&L responsibility.
• Manage processes/Compliance: Operations, Finance, Credit & Collections, HR, Health & Safety, Procurement and Sales & Marketing.
• Achieve operational goals/metrics.
• Provide on-the-job training through self or others.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades).
• Full P&L experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Compensation Range: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00
