Division Director - HOA Community Management - Team/Client Director
About the role
We are seeking a Division Director to oversee our business operations and sales in the San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and Midland/Odessa markets. This highly autonomous role requires visible leadership, strategic planning, and a strong work ethic to drive impact in our fast-growing company. The Division Director will manage approximately 45 team members, including 3 Client Relations Managers, and ensure the deadline-driven needs of local property associations are met while maintaining our high standards for work culture.
This position reports to the Vice President of Client Relations and is expected to dedicate approximately 40% of time to relationship building and client relations, 40% to staff and team development, and 20% to projects, change management, learning, and company activities. The role is key to fostering a positive culture and requires mentorship, leadership, and a passion for customer operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a large portfolio of customers.
- Ensure optimized and consistent operations of a complex service product.
- Lead team development, including monthly one-on-one employee meetings, development plans, and accountability conversations.
- Uphold the company-wide commitment to provide amazing same-day customer service.
- Drive sales and growth of the division through client relations and relationship building.
- Act as a culture developer, mentor, and leader with a positive attitude.
- Manage projects, change implementation, learning, and development initiatives.
- Occasional minor travel and evening client meetings.
- Other duties as assigned by the executive team.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited university.
- Prior HOA experience preferred but not required.
- Minimum 15 years of employment experience, including at least 8 years developing staff.
- Experience managing teams with over twenty-five salaried professional employees.
- Hands-on experience with operations, service delivery, financials, HR, relationship building, growth, team motivation, and engagement.

Pay
Salary of $100,000+ annually, depending on experience, along with a discretionary annual bonus.
