Job Responsibilities

The Division Director will ensure all divisions comply with DCA standards, develop strategies, and manage the Program Integrity and Volunteer Development Division. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring staff and volunteers are trained and adhere to quality standards.
• Interpreting information for strategic plan development.
• Participating in decision and policy-making processes.
• Maintaining confidentiality and discretion within the agency.
• Managing work processes and implementing quality assurance guidelines.
• Developing and overseeing training programs and curricula.
• Analyzing division data and making recommendations for improvements.
• Overseeing volunteer recruitment, engagement, and retention.
• Completing special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
• Two (2) years of program management experience in quality assurance, training, or data analysis.
• Additional requirements include five (5) or more years of experience in quality assurance, training, and data/research.
• Demonstrated experience supervising professional staff and managing multi-layered program teams.
• Experience designing state-wide volunteer recruitment or engagement infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to the agency.
• Advanced computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and program database management.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage work and provide guidance to employees.
• Knowledgeable about the agency's mission, vision, and purpose.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to perform routine driver duties, stoop, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and work evenings and weekends.
