Division Chief, Vascular Surgery
About the role
The Division of Vascular Surgery at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time tenure track Surgeon-Scientist/Investigator at the rank of Associate Professor or Full Professor. This individual will serve as the Chief of the Division of Vascular Surgery and play a key leadership role in the expansion of clinical programs and research within the division and health system.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Chief of the Division of Vascular Surgery
- Expand clinical programs and research within the division and health system
- Develop and maintain an extramurally funded research program (basic, translational, clinical trial, or health services outcomes)
- Contribute to the education of Medical Students and Vascular Surgery residents and fellows
Requirements
- Completed an ACGME-accredited vascular surgery fellowship/residency program
- Board-eligible or board certified in vascular surgery

- Promising track record in securing extramural funding

Pay
The expected base pay range for this position is $476,966.00-$786,838.00.
Schedule
The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.
