About the role

The Department of Neurology at West Virginia University School of Medicine and the WVU Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute are seeking an Epilepsy Division Chief qualified for appointment at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor rank. The position involves clinical care, research, and teaching medical students and neurology residents.

Responsibilities

  • Practice in the areas of neurology and epilepsy
  • Provide excellent patient care
  • Be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows

Qualifications

  • Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license
  • Completed Neurology residency program and epilepsy fellowship program
  • Board certified / eligible in neurology and epileptology
